Healing Hypothyroidism - Week 2 Day 3

I can't seem to feel rested, got about 9 hours of sleep but I'm still just really tired. I didn't end up getting a workout in and have been just focused on getting all the smoothies and water down.

Todays daily log:

  • Water: 3 litres of water
  • Breakfast/Lunch: 2 litres green smoothie w/almond milk (home-made), 75% greens (6 cups), 25% fruit & fats (1/4 cup flax seeds)
  • Dinner: salad with 6 cups lettuce, olives, red onion, baby tomatoes, avocado, dressing (1 tbsp olive oil, 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar)
  • Activity: 1 hour walk (afternoon)
  • Symptoms: I still had the same stiffness in my foot after being at rest, but it eases up after walking around for a few minutes. This happens first thing in the morning, during the day, and in the eve during sleep. Hands are still fine, but no real change related to the rest of my symptoms. My psoriasis and eczema do seem to be getting better but it's pretty slow going. Keeping an eye on that. Cough is still the same.
