Healing Hypothyroidism - Week 2 Day 4

Woke up feeling tired as usual even after sleeping for over 10 hours. I had all the best intentions of working out today and even got dressed for it. By the time I finished drinking my first litre of water I just didn't have the will anymore, so I prepped my green smoothie and got on with my day.

To stay on track with my healing plan, I've been listening to podcasts, watching YouTube, and reading books related to others that have healed themselves. I find this motivating and inspirational, precisely what's needed to stay positive an consistent with my all raw hyper-nourishment protocol.

Todays daily log:

  • Water: 3 litres of water
  • Breakfast/Lunch: 2 litres green smoothie w/almond milk (home-made), 75% greens (6 cups), 25% fruit & fats (1/4 cup flax seeds)
  • Dinner: salad with 6 cups lettuce, olives, baby tomatoes, avocado, dressing (1 tbsp olive oil, 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar)
  • Activity: none
  • Symptoms: Copy from yesterday's notes since there were no changes - I still had the same stiffness in my foot after being at rest, but it eases up after walking around for a few minutes. This happens first thing in the morning, during the day, and in the eve during sleep. Hands are still fine, but no real change related to the rest of my symptoms. My psoriasis and eczema do seem to be getting better but it's pretty slow going. Keeping an eye on that. Cough is still the same.
